Guiliani still leading in Ohio

Guiliani is still leading in Ohio:

Last month Fred Thompson garnered 8% support. This month he garners 15%. Where did that come from? Well, last month Gingrich was at 8% and now he is at 6% and last month McCain was at 21% and now he is at 17%.

Rudy Giuliani was at 23% last month and is at 23% this month.

Thompson took from McCain and Gingrich. Interesting.

Also interesting is that Giuliani continues to lead amongst white, born again evangelicals.

Rudy leads Hillary by 4% and Obama by 1% (with Obama trailing Hillary by far in the primary test… weird).

Those numbers are from a new new Quinnipiac poll. Guiliani is going to need those evangelicals. He’s also going to need to increase his overall numbers, obviously. But we could easily see everyone’s numbers stay relatively low until the first primaries start to whittle down the field.
